Officially launched on June 7, 2005, the Excellence Club endeavours to promote a renaissance of the various aspects of the art of living with French flair.
The excellence and quality of high-end French products stems from the abundance of brands available, refinement, and generations of savoir-faire, but also from innovation, creativity, and high-quality consumer products and services.
It is an impressive heritage that is intertwined with the French quality of life, traditions passed on by generations of craftsmen and a sensibility for elegance.
A blend of the traditional and the modern, French excellence appeals to the senses: vision, touch, smell, and above all “taste”. It inspires emotions and resists the mundane.
French companies providing “French excellence” have been working in isolation, if not in outright competition with each other, for a long time in Canada. Since the French Embassy Trade Mission brought them together last year for the first time in Montréal, they have begun to exchange information and weave relationships. Sharing the drive to promote only the highest standards, they quickly recognized common challenges (counterfeit, the grey market…), as well as the need to foster the excellent reputation of French companies in Canada.
