Following in the long tradition of using plants to promote health and well being, the Couvent des Minimes line of beauty products was created according to age-old recipes and using some fifty natural ingredients chosen for their therapeutic properties.

The residents of the Couvent des Minimes owned over seventy beehives from which they extracted the honey to eat and the wax for candle-making. It is a time-honoured custom—during hot Provençal summers—for women to pick verbena leaves, rinse them in water, and then rub them over their bodies for a quick energy boost. Inspired by this tradition, the line’s energizing products combine revitalizing verbena and invigorating lemon.
Finally, in line with the great traditions of the Couvent des Minimes in Mane, the line’s soothing beauty products combine relaxing true lavender essential oil and hydrating white acacia extract with extracts from a selection of plants with complementary and therapeutic properties.
